Like all selected athletes, Benji is embarking on a programme of training and competition both in Malta and Italy, where he will be battling with the Formula one drivers of tomorrow. There are 3 Italian Championship's this year that have been selected for Benji to participate in the ROC Cup, WSK and ACI.

The Team backing Benji are the GP Racing team Italy and the GP Racing Team Malta. In Italy the Cavaciuti family, who own and run GP Racing Karts, have a wealth of experience, having guided drivers of the likes of Sergio Perez to become a F1 Championship contender with the Red Bull Racing Team. In addition to the Cavaciuti Family we also employed the services of Stefano Giganti, who has helped drivers like Emanuele Pirro, Jarno Trulli, Giancarlo Fisicella, Kimi Antonelli and more recently Alex Powell. Many of them have achieved international success and the latter 2 are currently leading the F4 series and WSK Go Karts respectively.
